I was just visiting a family member, the lady at the reception desk was super nice and helpful. The facility was super clean. The other staff seemed super warm & caring for their patients.

Our loved one has been at Auburn Oaks since October 2024, so about 18 months now. We had previously been at 2 other care centers so we have some comparison. Our experience here has been VERY VERY GOOD here. From the personable, quality staff, to the cleanliness of the facility and grounds, to the efficiency of systems that make it run, this place is top notch. The nursing staff are dialed in and attentive to the details of our loved one – an 83yo AA male Military Veteran with several health issues, primarily dementia, HBD, Diabetes and an ostomy bag. Our approach from the beginning was to partner with the staff to ensure he lives out his days well and in a healthy environment. That is happening…From Admin, to nursing, CNAs, support & social services, maintenance and laundry staff, kitchen staff have all been great. The CNAs are really good ensuring his hygiene needs & SDL’s are met. The Nurses have learned his nuances & can tell when he needs additional attention or adjustments in medication. The Activities team has things for them to do that are fun and engaging & good for cognition. They even have monthly socials for the Veterans. The laundry staff have never LOST, damaged or misplaced his clothing or bedding. The Director of Nursing Krystel is very approachable, as is the NP Maureen, the Director Jorin, the Admissions staff Meghan, Valerie and Deanna, receptionist Robin, all of the activities staff and Ms. Lisa who keeps the ordering of supplies dialed in, and most importantly the direct care staff of nurses – Francis, Paula, Joanne, Josh, Melissa and Becky, Ali… and the CNAs are fantastic – Jackie, Robert, Jezebel, and all of them. Now, people are human and not perfect. Any time something has came up that needed addressing, the Management team was very open and supportive, addressing the issue swiftly and to an agreeable resolution. That is what you want in any reciprocal relationship. Our overall experience here has been very very good and we are very happy with the care he is receiving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR SKILLED NURSING or LONG TERM CARE. Great place and better people!

I am a 37 year old female paraplegic who was admitted to Auburn Oaks Care center recently to heal from a very intensive surgery. I have had this surgery don’t twice already and I had to stay at other facilities in the past. I have to say that this place is hands down the cleanest and most newly renovated. Another really amazing thing about this place is the STAFF!!! All the CNAs Nurses, OT, PT, Social Services, Wound Care, are amazing people and they truly care about you and treat you so well!! I was shocked when I got there because this facility has some personal rooms for some patients and in my book that makes this place too tier for skilled nursing facilities. I requested my own room thinking it was never going to happen and that they probably didn’t have personal rooms but boy was I wrong! They put me in my own room also because they thought it would be better for me since I’m such a younger patient than the rest of the population. They came and did an assessment and made sure I had everything I needed. They even helped me with my food prefernces for meals. The only downside, which honestly IS a big downside, is that the food is pretty poor quality and I really really think if the food was upgraded then this place would be a 10/10. This SNF got best of the best last year and there’s a reason why, it’s because they are the best in the local region, hands down! I’ve been to a few in Auburn and this one is the best. Also, Lupe the OT is the best ever!! Thank you all for everything!

I care for an elderly gentleman at Auburn Oaks on the weekends and I always see the staff interacting with patients and their family. Its always clean. Several times I’ve had to use the front desk reception for any questions I had or to locate patient and staff is always friendly and helpful.

The service was great. Very complimentary and the food wasn’t even bad. Nurses were great. CNAs were very complimentary on their service. They also very attentive. Therapy department is the best in Auburn

Very clean and nice facility, everyone I’ve encountered has been more than pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a place that made my family feel at home during a difficult time.

I’ve always worked closely with Megan from Auburn Oaks. They are a beautiful community with excellent PT and events. Add to that a very friendly staff and good community relations. I’ve worked with Megan for many years, and we collaborate on providing the best service for my residents that need skilled nursing, and also smoothly transfer those leaving their skilled nursing facility that require minimal care after recovery. I can’t say enough positive things about them. 5 stars!

My father came here right out of the hospital and stayed about 7 weeks. The OT and PT teams are excellent (big shout out to Tom, Eric, Joy, Karen, and others); they know their stuff and it made a difference in helping my dad become more independent. Wish the rooms were a little bigger ( a little cramped), but the rehab focus of this facility is where it shines.

My dad has been at Auburn Oaks since September and I really appreciate the care the staff has given him. Thank you to Kathy at the front desk and Tori for always taking time to help with all my questions and my dads needs.

My dad was at Auburn Oaks for a few weeks after surgery. The staff was amazing! Recouped my dad in shorter time then expected. I would recommend this facility for any rehab services.

I’m currently a resident at Auburn Oaks Care Center and after having been in another care facility recently, I feel the compassion the staff shows. The quality of care administered and knowledge exhibited by the staff is as comforting as it is impressive. Trust me, I’ve seen the other side.

My wife has been a resident here for some time. It’s welcoming when I enter the building to visit my wife. It’s so clean and all the nursing staff are attentive to my wife’s needs. The physical therapists are extremely skilled and treat my wife with dignity and respect. I will happily refer friends and family.

I have a friend who is at this facility being treated for bone cancer. I went to visit him and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility,  the atmosphere and employees. The receptionist , Kathleen , was exceptionally pleasant , sweet and outgoing. I’m very impressed with this care center. 

My dad and step mom have been here for 6 weeks and it has been a great experience. They take good care of their patients. I would recommend it to anyone who needs temporary care. Kristi the nurse is awesome and so is Kathy at the front desk👍

Auburn Oaks Care Center has been my husband’s residence for the past two years. Kathleen, the front desk attendant, consistently greets guests with a warm smile and provides valuable information. The facility is meticulously maintained and exudes a pleasant aroma due to the exceptional cleaning staff. Physical therapy provides residents ample time for their rehabilitation exercises in their spacious rooms. The nurses are highly attentive and responsive to residents’ needs, demonstrating genuine care for their patients. The activities staff offers a variety of options for morning and afternoon activities, available seven days a week. My husband has also expressed satisfaction with the quality of the food served. If you are seeking a suitable care facility for your loved one, Auburn Oaks Care Center is highly recommended.

My husband’s been here a year and half. Very clean facility. Staff are very helpful. Kathleen one of the nicest lady’s I have the pressure of meeting. The nurses and CNA are very caring!

I came here to visit my grandpa, Aleena Shetra was his CNA, he couldn’t stop telling me about how amazing Aleena was. She continually provides amazing care. Such a great facility. I definitely recommend this place.

My mom and I have been quite pleased with the care that she has received at Auburn Oaks. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive to questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to have her return there should the need arise in the future.

I was a physical therapy outpatient for eight (8) weeks at this facility as I recovered from a fractured patella. Between Stara & Eric, I received the absolute best therapy/care ever. They asked questions about my lifestyle (I am very active) and came up with exercises that allowed me to become stronger, while increasing my mobility, and overall knee health. Every week they pushed me to be better than the week prior. It worked wonders! I am back to my normal activities and that would not have been possible without these terrific therapists. My therapy was covered by my insurance. I highly recommend this facility for physical therapy.

Food was horrible, I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. Staff can’t even follow Infection Control Policies, Staff was at least an hour late on meds and a package was mailed and not secured and resident opened mail that belonged to someone else and stole contents. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No one wants to do their job, can’t even empty urinal without being asked, even when multiple staff walked by and saw it.
