I am very pleased with the stay at Auburn Oaks. Will highly recommend it for any nursing and rehab for you and your loved ones.

I am a current resident at Auburn Oaks and when I got here my ankle was not in a good shape, the therapy department here worked diligently with me to where now I can walk by myself with a walker. I have been very impressed on the attention to detail they give to the residents here and how respectful the rehab department is. A lot of the helpers I have here the nurses and CNA, they do a good job and keep things on a positive note. Very helpful and we laugh a lot. I am very happy about that. They give you plenty of vitamins to help out with my weakness. Overall 5/5 to this facility for taking care of me!

I got admitted to Auburn Oaks from ongoing back pain and having undergone surgery. I’ve had a very good experience with all the staff, everyone is very outgoing and helpful. Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, and all the nursing staff, CNAs.. they have gone out of their way for anything I needed. They have taken care of me during my 7 week stay here. Very professional in showing me what I need to do to be able to go home indepdently. The staff, especially everyone in therapy, have taught me how to do certain things, and me being a jokster, have gone above and beyond their expectations. Besides being teachers, they’ve become friends.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Auburn Oaks Care Center and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of this place caught my eye as I used to work in a hospital. So I know how things should look and the importance of keeping everything clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I was touring the place as a possibility for my folks. The Care facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and seemed to truly care about the well being of the the people they were assisting. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Kathy, was very pleasant and answered all our questions.

The care, cleanliness, kindness, concern, safety, staff and more are exceptional! The welcome staff at the front desk, Kathleen Warwick and Robin have been so helpful! Angela (Social Worker, so supportive & knowledgeable), Kimberly in the business office, just WOW! I am so thankful for the care my father is receiving. My friend’s father recently stayed here, and the facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff seemed caring and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. It’s reassuring to see a place that takes pride in keeping things comfortable for residents and families.

What a supportive place to have an elderly loved one. The facility is clean and the staff is attentive and caring. Very social environment. My Nonna was there for 2 years and they treated her like family.

Auburn Oaks is far and above all the other care facilities around. Clean, spacious rooms, lots of activities for the residents and an accomplished rehab team.. the attitude of the staff was the first thing I noticed. Happy. Smiling good with the residents getting g them to laugh and smile I would definitely rate Auburn Oaks #1 ! Highly reccpmmended!

This is a wonderful facility. The staff are all caring from the moment you enter the front door (receptionist; Kathy on the weekends, & Robin during the week) until you leave your family member, or friend, with a goodbye from the nursing staff. Just like today, Olga, a nurse’s aid, wished me a Happy Mother’s day. The nursing staff is professional & caring like Francis, Vitaliy, Joan, Ali, Sarah, & Mary. Thank you to all of you for making our lives less stressful, either in short or long term care.

We have a family member staying here right now and we are extremely pleased with Auburn Oaks. And the care provided. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The facility is very clean and immaculate. The medical and rehabilitation services are top notch. We highly recommend this facility for the care of your loved one.

I am currently a resident at Auburn Oaks- really appreciate the lengths the staff goes to help. Also the Care and kindness and respect is always they show. The food is also good. They take feedback about food and adjust it to your preference. Very helpful offering something to drink or eat and always polite. I have never felt put down at this place at all. Very understanding.

I recently stayed here for a week and The staff is very nice and helpful. And physical therapy was exceptional especially Tom and Stara.

I was just visiting a family member, the lady at the reception desk was super nice and helpful. The facility was super clean. The other staff seemed super warm & caring for their patients.

Our loved one has been at Auburn Oaks since October 2024, so about 18 months now. We had previously been at 2 other care centers so we have some comparison. Our experience here has been VERY VERY GOOD here. From the personable, quality staff, to the cleanliness of the facility and grounds, to the efficiency of systems that make it run, this place is top notch. The nursing staff are dialed in and attentive to the details of our loved one – an 83yo AA male Military Veteran with several health issues, primarily dementia, HBD, Diabetes and an ostomy bag. Our approach from the beginning was to partner with the staff to ensure he lives out his days well and in a healthy environment. That is happening…From Admin, to nursing, CNAs, support & social services, maintenance and laundry staff, kitchen staff have all been great. The CNAs are really good ensuring his hygiene needs & SDL’s are met. The Nurses have learned his nuances & can tell when he needs additional attention or adjustments in medication. The Activities team has things for them to do that are fun and engaging & good for cognition. They even have monthly socials for the Veterans. The laundry staff have never LOST, damaged or misplaced his clothing or bedding. The Director of Nursing Krystel is very approachable, as is the NP Maureen, the Director Jorin, the Admissions staff Meghan, Valerie and Deanna, receptionist Robin, all of the activities staff and Ms. Lisa who keeps the ordering of supplies dialed in, and most importantly the direct care staff of nurses – Francis, Paula, Joanne, Josh, Melissa and Becky, Ali… and the CNAs are fantastic – Jackie, Robert, Jezebel, and all of them. Now, people are human and not perfect. Any time something has came up that needed addressing, the Management team was very open and supportive, addressing the issue swiftly and to an agreeable resolution. That is what you want in any reciprocal relationship. Our overall experience here has been very very good and we are very happy with the care he is receiving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR SKILLED NURSING or LONG TERM CARE. Great place and better people!

I am a 37 year old female paraplegic who was admitted to Auburn Oaks Care center recently to heal from a very intensive surgery. I have had this surgery don’t twice already and I had to stay at other facilities in the past. I have to say that this place is hands down the cleanest and most newly renovated. Another really amazing thing about this place is the STAFF!!! All the CNAs Nurses, OT, PT, Social Services, Wound Care, are amazing people and they truly care about you and treat you so well!! I was shocked when I got there because this facility has some personal rooms for some patients and in my book that makes this place too tier for skilled nursing facilities. I requested my own room thinking it was never going to happen and that they probably didn’t have personal rooms but boy was I wrong! They put me in my own room also because they thought it would be better for me since I’m such a younger patient than the rest of the population. They came and did an assessment and made sure I had everything I needed. They even helped me with my food prefernces for meals. The only downside, which honestly IS a big downside, is that the food is pretty poor quality and I really really think if the food was upgraded then this place would be a 10/10. This SNF got best of the best last year and there’s a reason why, it’s because they are the best in the local region, hands down! I’ve been to a few in Auburn and this one is the best. Also, Lupe the OT is the best ever!! Thank you all for everything!

I care for an elderly gentleman at Auburn Oaks on the weekends and I always see the staff interacting with patients and their family. Its always clean. Several times I’ve had to use the front desk reception for any questions I had or to locate patient and staff is always friendly and helpful.
